Individuals may take a tax credit on Arkansas state tax returns, up to $50 per individual or $100 when filing jointly, for political contributions made each year. State law allows individuals and entities to contribute a maximum of $2,000 per election. Contributions are not tax deductible for Federal income tax purposes.
